FAQ
Are you close to the beach and pier?
Yes, all properties are located in the area known as "The Flats" and is a short 5 minute walk to dining, entertainment, shopping and to the beach. Wake up and stake out your perfect beach location within minutes!
Are the rooftop and patios private?
Yes! The oceanview rooftop deck in the Sandbox and all the patios are private. Create memories as a family and save money by cooking at home in our well appointed kitchens.
Is a golf cart rental included?
Unfortunatley, no. The City of Avalon does not allow short term rentals in town to include a golf cart. There are companies that rent golf carts in town, but rentals do not offer carts due to the city code.
Can I check in early or check out late?
With such a short window between checkouts and so many homes to clean, the only way we can offer a guaranteed early check in or late check out would include a fee for an additional cleaner. At no costs, you can use the baggage service just off the boat and we will notify you when the unit is cleaned and ready to start your vacation.
